From London to Barcelona, Dubai and beyond, our evolving partnership with Revolut is creating workplaces that bring a global culture to life while giving every city space to make it its own.

Revolut

One workplace language, many expressions.

For Revolut, the workplace is more than somewhere to work. It is a physical expression of a brand its people choose to be part of.

That creates an interesting challenge for a business growing across countries and continents. How do you create a workplace experience that feels unmistakably Revolut wherever you are in the world, without making every office feel the same?

Our relationship began with Revolut’s global headquarters in London, where together we established a workplace approach shaped around its people, culture and pace of work. Data helped define what people needed from the space, while the Revolut brand informed how it should feel.

As the business has grown, those principles have travelled with it. But the ambition has never been to replicate London. Dubai takes the identity in a more expressive, architectural direction. Barcelona introduces warmth, wellbeing and influences from its city. Across Madrid, Paris and São Paulo, the same workplace language continues to evolve in response to different buildings, cultures and teams.

The consistency comes from experience rather than appearance: workplaces that support high performance, bring people together and give employees a tangible connection to the global brand they represent. One Revolut culture, many ways to experience it.

Locations

Where the workplace became part of the brand

London established the foundations for Revolut’s evolving global workplace identity. Set across 113,000 sq ft in Canary Wharf’s YY Building, the global headquarters needed to match the ambition of the business while giving its people a compelling reason to come together.

Data informed the design at every scale, helping create a workplace shaped around how Revolut’s teams actually operate. Prime areas with the best natural light and views were prioritised for employees, while different neighbourhoods provide choice between focused work, collaboration and connection.

Beyond the desk, the workplace becomes an experience in its own right. Expansive LED walls, an auditorium, gym, sauna, barista bars and terraces support everything from everyday work to company-wide events and socialising.

London established the blueprint; a unique workplace experience to build from.

A workplace people choose to be part of

Revolut’s workplaces are different because their cities are different. What connects them is the experience they create for the people inside. London established the blueprint. Dubai pushed it in a more expressive direction. Barcelona introduced warmth, wellbeing and local character. Madrid, Paris and São Paulo continue that evolution through their own buildings, cultures and teams.

Across them all, the workplace has a bigger role to play than providing desks. It brings distributed teams together. It creates space for focus, collaboration, events and connection. And it makes the culture of a global digital business tangible. That evolution is built through an ongoing partnership. Revolut brings an intimate understanding of its people and culture; each project deepens our understanding of how those qualities translate into physical space.

The result isn’t a global workplace template; it’s a shared identity that can move around the world without losing what makes each place, or its people, different.
