Completed in ten weeks, the new London workplace gives PagerDuty a flexible, high-quality home for its growing UK team.
PagerDuty’s continued growth called for a London workplace designed to support its expanding UK team, bringing together focused work, collaboration and social space within a new 6,000 sq ft environment at Eden House, Liverpool Street.
Appointed through long-standing partner Facilitate, following the successful delivery of Xero in 2025, AIS transformed a newly refurbished Cat A floor into PagerDuty’s first significant UK office.
Studio Pringle developed the concept through RIBA Stage 3, with AIS progressing the scheme through Stages 4 and 5 as a Design & Build project. Designed for 50–55 people, the workplace includes 50 workstations, six meeting rooms, five phone booths and two tea points. A central staircase connects the sixth and seventh floors, with a flexible town hall and private terrace providing space for collaboration and events.
Delivered in just ten weeks while construction continued elsewhere in the building, the project required close coordination across design, procurement and construction. AIS worked with Studio Pringle, Facilitate and the wider supply chain to resolve evolving bespoke joinery, acoustic treatments and detailing while protecting the original design intent.

The workplace reflects PagerDuty’s identity through materiality rather than graphics. Bold yellow credenzas punctuate key spaces, while green and blue acoustic panels introduce colour, texture and improved acoustic performance throughout the meeting rooms. Bespoke timber joinery, oversized doors and carefully detailed finishes give the workplace a sense of permanence that elevates it beyond a conventional Cat B fit-out.
Circulation is central to the experience of the space. A new staircase connects the sixth and seventh floors, allowing the workplace to function as one cohesive environment rather than two separate levels. The upper floor includes a flexible town hall and event space equipped with integrated AV technology, alongside a generous tea point and access to a private balcony terrace overlooking the City.
Across the workplace, six meeting rooms, a dedicated boardroom, five phone booths and a variety of collaborative settings create an environment that supports focused work, connection and future growth in equal measure.
Delivering a design-led workplace within a ten-week programme required careful sequencing and close collaboration across every stage of the project. Flexibility was built in from the outset, allowing late-stage design decisions around bespoke joinery and acoustic detailing to be incorporated without affecting the completion date.
Support continued beyond practical completion through a three-week soft-landing period, coordinating furniture installation, AV integration and client move-in. By remaining closely involved after handover, the workplace was fully operational from day one, allowing PagerDuty’s team to settle quickly into their new environment.
Momentum that lasts
Completed in June 2026, the project delivered a workplace that remained true to the original design vision while meeting an ambitious programme. Early feedback from PagerDuty, the project team and delivery partners reflects a successful collaboration and a smooth transition into occupation.
The project also marks the second successful collaboration between AIS and Facilitate. As Facilitate continues to grow its presence in the UK, projects such as PagerDuty demonstrate the value of trusted partnerships built on shared ambition, clear communication and the ability to keep complex projects moving.
