Every school has different operational constraints. Some projects are delivered over the summer holiday, while others take place alongside teaching during term time. We adapt our delivery approach to minimise disruption, using phased programmes, careful planning and close collaboration to ensure learning continues while transformation takes shape

Much education work happens while the building is still in use. We plan and sequence carefully so lessons continue, sites stay safe and disruption stays low.
