Strategic Consultancy Firm

Rapid growth, fuelled by strategic acquisitions, posed a significant challenge for this Confidential Consultancy Client. From 350 to 750 team members in just four years, the need for a cohesive, inclusive space was paramount. Our task was clear: design a workspace that celebrates the diversity of the acquired businesses while nurturing integration and aligning everyone under a unified brand identity.

Space with room for everyone

The essence of this space lies in its fusion of the old and the new, echoing the eclectic charm of London itself and the Client’s journey of transformational growth. Each floor tells a chapter of the organisation’s story. Carefully curated furniture blends seamlessly with contemporary pieces sourced by our in-house team.

The seventh floor, boasting breath-taking views of the City’s historic core, serves as the pinnacle of this narrative. Here, the reception area welcomes guests with open arms, while acoustically optimised meeting spaces facilitate collaboration.

However, the true pièce de résistance lies in the club-style lounge and bar; a vibrant social hub where visitors and team members are encouraged to gather, socialise and unwind amidst iconic vistas of London’s skyline.

Client challenges

A 114% increase in headcount over four years meant larger premises were necessary.

Much of this increase results from business acquisitions.

Not only should the new HQ be a base for all, it should build bonds around a single identity.

Transformational impact

Inclusive, open and accessible to all, this space accommodates and caters to everyone in the business.

ESG initiatives underpin both the design solution and the day-to-day use of the space.

This is a space that celebrates great people in an iconic, London location.
